Back in the Swing of Things

Started work again today. My hands are dusty from shelf-reading the cd's. I have three more hours of defensive driving tonight and that will be over, and my driving record will be sparkling clean again.

I need to start practicing seriously again but the weather has been so horrible and wet and lazy, and it makes me lazy and quite inefficient. But perhaps this afternoon I'll go in for a couple of hours. perhaps...

Overall, I'm glad to be back in Waco because I can do my own thing and focus on what needs to be done without too many distractions.

I think Sha is about to put me to some de-sensitizing work. If not, I still have to shelve at 8:00 am.

At home enjoying summer break

The last time I posted I guess was when I finished with finals. Since then I've visited my grandparents for a few days. My Grandfather is going into surgery on the 23rd and we're all praying for him. I had so much fun hanging out with them! They were really funny. And also my mom is exactly like Grandmother, it's pretty funny. Then I came back to Waco for graduation. I went to Jenny's in the morning, it was sooooo long. Then I had lunch with her family which was fun, but I eventually left because Jenny looked really tired. Then I went to Holly's graduation party. And then I went to Jenny's graduation party. Aren't I a nice friend? Yes, I think so.

Then Sunday morning I played for the church and drove straight home for mother's day. Yay! We had a really late lunch at Saltgrass. Eric and Mariela were there. It was very busy there.

This week I haven't been up to much. I did paint ceramics with my friends Jenna and Sejal. We had so much fun on Monday! I painted a round box and it looks pretty goofy but I still like it. They both painted piggy banks. I got new music yesterday. I have been practicing a little bit, but I bet my family thinks it's a lot. I mainly forget to practice until they get home! ;)

I am really glad to be home. I feel like a kid on summer break again and I'm going to enjoy until I have to go back to work!

All Done!

I am finished with Junior Year! I am so very happy and relieved and happy. I think I may even have a 4.0 this semester. We'll see how nice my violin teacher is this semester...

And the race begins. I mean finals.

Music History, today at 9 am. Voice juries all afternoon.
Piano Jury tomorrow at 10 am. Piano Lit. at 2 pm. Relaxation at 4:30 (but that's not an exam, just a yoga class).
Theory, Saturday at 9 am.

Then I am finished with junior year!!

I am sick. I finally caught the disease everybody had, well, most everyone I know. It was only a matter of time. I'm just ready for the next few days to be over. I can not wait.
